The Comanche Nation Housing Authority has been awarded a $1,035,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
According to a release, the funding will allow CNHA to extend home improvement efforts through two programs. The Homeowner Rehabilitation Program will focus on repairing or replacing ventilation systems. The Construction Program will reduce overcrowding by adding bedroom or bathroom space in qualified units.
