The Comanche Nation Housing Authority (CNHA), Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking proposals from interested companies that perform solid surface bathroom remodeling for an annual, multiple unit remodel contract. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being advertised as an open procurement with Indian Preference. The Comanche Nation Housing Authority complies with tribal employment and contract preference laws adopted by the Comanche Nation. Those firms claiming Indian Preference must furnish proof of enrollment with a federally recognized tribe when submitting their proposal and controlling ownership of the business. Contractor must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
