The Comanche Nation Housing Authority (CNHA), Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking proposals from interested companies that Install Luxurious Vinyl Plank Flooring. This Invitation For Bids (IFB) is being advertised as an open procurement with Indian Preference. The Comanche Nation Housing Authority complies with tribal employment and contract preference laws adopted by the Comanche Nation through the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). Those firms claiming Indian Preference must furnish proof of enrollment with a federally recognized tribe when submitting their proposal and controlling ownership of the business. Contractor must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. Minority and Women owned business are encouraged to bid.
Once selected, the successful respondent(s) will enter into an agreement with CNHA to provide services for the replacement of flooring, The contract shall be structured as an indefinite quantity type contract, where separate dispatch orders for the required services will be issued as the need arises. Locations, directions and instructions will be provided by CNHA representative.
