Housing Construction Manager, responsible for project management and oversight in all stages of affordable housing and housing related renovation, construction, and development from planning and funding applications thru date of availability for occupancy; execution of all Comanche Nation Housing Authority (CNHA) construction related projects, inspections, and contract programs and services including solicitation and establishment of administrative contracts.
This position serves as a Contracting Officers Representative (SCOR) on construction and maintenance contracts to include preparation of bid documents, advertising and award of contracts and ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
Experience:
Five (5) years full time work experience in construction management with working knowledge of Native American, Public or Municipal housing. Native American housing program experience managing federal contract requirements required.
