CNHA employees and family members worked the 1K Fun Run event held on Saturday morning, September 27, 2014 at the Comanche Nation Fair. The weather was beautiful and the runners were out in record numbers. This year’s event was a huge success totaling 275 runners compared to 150 runners in the last Fun Run event.
The event was free to the public and consisted of six individual age-bracket races. Twenty four total prizes were awarded. Wal-mart gift cards were given to the top three places for each race in either male, female or mixed categories. Free fruit and water was available to participants and everyone received a free Comanche Nation Housing Authority t-shirt.
