The Comanche Nation Housing Authority is excited to announce our annual safety poster contest! The contest is open to all Comanche enrolled children who are in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. The theme can be any safety topic that promotes any safety issue (examples: cyber bullying, fire safety, safe driving, home safety plan, how to call 9-1-1, etc.).
Grade Categories & Awards
K – 3rd grade: 1st $300.00, 2nd $200.00, 3rd $100.00
4th – 6th grade: 1st $300.00, 2nd $200.00, 3rd $100.00
7th – 8th grade: 1st $300.00, 2nd $200.00, 3rd $100.00
Awards will be granted in Visa Gift Cards
Contest Rules
• Illustrate a “Safety” theme (examples: cyber bullying, fire safety, safe driving, home safety plan, how to call 9-1-1, etc.)
• Category grades: K – 3, 4 – 6, 7 – 8
• Posters must be drawn on 8.5” x 11” paper.
• All entries must be original and created by the child using crayons, markers, colored pencils or paint.
• No collaborative work. No photocopies or use of copyrighted material is permitted.
Submission Deadline: Friday, December 19, 2025
