The Comanche Nation Housing Authority (CNHA), Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the remodel of three houses.
The work shall consist of the remodel of three homes. Interested contractors may obtain a detailed scope of work, specifications, Instructions to Bidders, and addresses to the housing sites at the address below.
This Invitation for Bids is an open procurement with Indian preference. Firms claiming Indian Preference must submit proof of enrollment with a federal or state recognized Indian tribe and proof of at least 51% Indian ownership of their firm.
All sealed bids will be opened at 2:00 pm on, Monday, July 15, 2024 at the business office of the Comanche Nation Housing Authority. Bids that are mailed must be received before the bid opening time and date. Bids received after that time and date will not be accepted. The Bid Package must be marked “Do Not Open Bid Enclosed”.
