The Comanche Nation Housing Authority (CNHA), Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking proposals from interested companies that perform HVAC system replacements for an annual, multiple unit replacement contract, HVAC system repairs and Semi-annual Maintenance of all Rental units. This Invitation for Bids is being advertised as an open procurement with Indian Preference. The Comanche Nation Housing Authority complies with tribal employment and contract preference laws adopted by the Comanche Nation. Those firms claiming Indian Preference must furnish proof of enrollment with a federally recognized tribe when submitting their proposal and controlling ownership of the business. Contractor must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. Minority and Women owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
