Grant Programs
The Comanche Nation Housing Authority provides grant assistance thru the following programs. NOTE: To qualify for these programs you must meet the income eligibility requirement as shown for that program.

The Down Payment & Closing Cost Grant
provides assistance with all costs associated with the closing of a
home mortgage loan. In the process of providing safe,
affordable housing for Comanche Tribal members living within the
service area of the CNHA, it has been determined that many Native
American families have the credit history and financial potential
to secure a home loan from a private lender.
